1. What is the MintStars chat feature?
Chat allows Fans to message Creators directly and privately for a closer connection. Chat is available to all registered Fans and Creators on MintStars. Creators can choose to charge for certain media.

2. How can creators earn money from chat?
Creators can earn through:

• Locked media - Fans pay to unlock photos, videos, and audio messages

• Tipping within chat - Fans can tip directly within a chat conversation

Creators set their own prices for all locked media.

3. Do I need an account to use chat?
Yes, you must create and log into your MintStars account to access chat. 

4. Is chat available on all devices?
Yes, the chat feature works on desktop and mobile browsers. 

5. Can Fans send media in chat?
Yes, Fans can send media too.

6. Are chats private?
Yes, chats are private between the Fan and the Creator. However, our moderation team can access chats to ensure the safety of users on the platform. Always follow platform guidelines and avoid sharing personal information.

7. What content is not allowed in chat?
Content that violates MintStars content guidelines and user terms and conditions is strictly prohibited. 

8. Can I report a user or creator?
Yes, you can report inappropriate behavior directly within a chat or using the reporting tool in the footer of the platform.
