My withdrawal says “Pending” - what does that mean?

When a Payy withdrawal is requested, it's first marked as pending. On desktop, you'll see a QR code that needs to be scanned with your phone to confirm the transfer. On mobile, a secure link will appear instead; tap it to complete your withdrawal. Once confirmed, the funds are transferred to your Payy card and the status will update to complete.
