Who is eligible to apply for a MintStars card?
Any Creator that has made over $1000 lifetime earnings on the platform will be granted access to the Payy card application link.
How do I apply for a card?
Once you hit the $1000 lifetime earnings threshold, you can apply for your own card on your Transactions page.
How long does it take to receive my card after applying?
It may take up to 4-6 weeks to receive your card.
How do I add money to the MintStars card?
You can withdraw money from your MintStars balance to Payy and it will be ready to spend on with your card instantly.
Where can I use the MintStars card?
You can use your card anywhere that accepts contactless payments.
Can I use the card at ATMs?
No, you cannot withdraw cash from an ATM using your physical card.
Are there any spending limits?
Spending is limited to your Payy wallet balance .
Are there any fees for using the card?
There are no transaction fees, top-up fees, or monthly fees.
What happens if my card is lost or stolen?
